• Graduate in any discipline
• Good Looking, excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software
• Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks
• Ability work in a team with high people orientation is must

Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for themResponding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely mannerHandling multiple telephone lines in timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person / extensionDifferentiating the incoming calls and walk-ins and handle them appropriatelyGreeting and assisting visitors and GuestsTo sort out incoming mails at enquiry inbox and distribute to the concerned Department / ExecutiveMaintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on Outdoor Duties of the Executives / StaffTo do the data entry, prepare presentations, make reports whenever required by the teamMaintaining Courier RegisterReceiving and sending faxes whenever required and confirm the receipt and delivery of the sameMaintaining discipline in rushing hoursBeing the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional mannerTaking care of dispatch, keeping records for incoming and outgoing LettersMaintaining of Stock Registers (First aid, Stationery, etc.)Handling Telephonic and Walk-in enquiries
